Booking and payment process
After receiving your enquiry, we prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation. Once you approve the programme, a deposit is required to reserve the listed services. Unless the quotation states otherwise, the working deposit shown by this system is 30% and the balance deadline is stated on the confirmation invoice.
What is confirmed
The final confirmation identifies travel dates, travellers, accommodation, rooming, route, transfers, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions.
Availability
Accommodation, permits and domestic flights remain subject to availability until booked and paid. Where a listed property is unavailable, we propose a comparable alternative for approval.
